What we have already done

• A business operating system in production at a real company. Different roles with different permissions, a human approval layer that blocks anything going out, hundreds of navigable documents, conversation memory and a cross-cutting layer of supervision. In use, not a demo.
• Nine information and utility websites in production, with volumes of content generated and maintained by a repeatable process — content, structure and measurement.
• A multilingual website for a non-profit: all the languages planned, working forms, a full revision — page weight cut by an order of magnitude while keeping the images.
• A complete migration of a company’s domain and mail onto our own infrastructure, with no observable interruption of service: site and mailboxes live throughout the move.
• Administration and invoicing running on the same infrastructure, not handed to a third party.

Where we are going

• For each company, a team of agents that resembles it. Not an assistant that is the same for everyone, but a system built on that company’s method, language and documents.
• Measurability. Such a system is worth what can be measured. The number that matters is not how “intelligent” it is, but how much work it removes and how many decisions it improves.
• The structure as the product, not the model. Models will improve and become interchangeable. What is not interchangeable is the way work is organised inside the company — and that is what we build.
• Governability by default. We expect that in a year nobody will buy an agent without asking where the traces are and who holds the stop. We work so that moment arrives sooner.

Three things we will not do

1. We do not resell technology. We are not a reseller of tools: we build and run the system, and we answer for the result.
2. We do not work casually. No “let’s try AI and see”. Every application has a precise process, a measurement and an owner.
3. We do not promise that AI will decide for you. Important decisions stay yours. Our job is to make them arrive better informed.
