Privacy and the use of AI
This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information that passes through this site — and how we use artificial intelligence. It is written for people, not for lawyers.
Who is responsible for your data

This site does not track you
We set no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. Nothing here follows you from one site to another. The only thing that leaves your browser is the request for the page you asked for. That is also why you will not find a cookie banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
What we handle, and why
- Server records. Our server keeps a short record of each request: the IP address, the time, and the page. Why: to keep the site working and secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in running the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). How long: a short period, then it is discarded.
- Your message. If you use the contact form, or simply write to us, we handle the name, the business, the email address and the text you send. Why: to answer you. Basis: the steps needed to reply to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you do not send it, we never see it.
- The interactive guide. The “where does the time go” guide runs entirely inside your browser. Nothing you type there reaches us, unless you decide to send it.
Where your message goes
It arrives in our own mailbox. It does not pass through a third-party form service, and we do not build any profile from it.
Who can see it
Only the people at Arrow Trade who answer you. Our email provider handles the messages on our instructions, under a contract. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to any list.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is open, and no longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time, by replying to our message: it is done.
Where it is kept
The site and its technical records are held on servers in the European Union. Our email service, however, is provided by a company established in the United States: the messages you send us are processed there as well. If you want to know how that transfer is protected under data-protection law, write to us and we will tell you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@arrowtrade.info and we will answer. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Artificial intelligence, stated plainly
We use artificial intelligence to build the systems we sell. Here is what that means for this site — and what it does not.
- There is no chatbot here. Nothing on this site answers you on its own.
- A person reads every message. No automatic reply decides anything about you.
- The illustrations are made with the help of image-generation tools and reviewed by us. They show a situation, not a real customer, a real person or a real document.
- The words are ours. Artificial intelligence helps us draft; we review and are responsible for what is published. We never let a machine publish on its own.
- We do not train anything on your data. Your messages are not used to train models.
